Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 18, 2026
Welcome to Splorix ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Description of Service
Splorix provides an External Attack Surface Management platform designed to help teams monitor their real-world external exposure, discover internet-facing assets, identify vulnerabilities, and manage remediation workflows.
Splorix allows users to monitor authorized domains, subdomains, APIs, ports, exposed services, SSL-related information, Whois data, scan history, vulnerability findings, technical evidence, severity levels, reproduction notes, remediation guidance, notifications, and billing information from one security console.
Splorix is intended only for authorized security work on domains, systems, and assets that you own or have explicit permission to assess.
2. Subscription and Payment
Splorix operates on a recurring subscription and/or usage-based billing model, depending on the plan or paid domain slots selected by the user. Billing may be based on active paid domains, selected features, subscription plans, or other pricing rules displayed at checkout.
Splorix offers a 3-day trial period for $1. After the 3-day trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate for the selected plan, billing interval, or paid domain configuration unless canceled before the trial period expires.
Payment is processed through Stripe, and users agree to Stripe's terms and policies. We do not store sensitive payment card information.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user before the renewal date. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings, where available, or by contacting us at contact@splorix.com.
Paid domain slots, scanning access, credits, or usage allowances do not roll over between billing periods unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Trial Period
We offer a 3-day trial period for $1 to allow you to evaluate Splorix before committing to a paid subscription.
During the trial period, you may access the service according to the limits, features, and conditions made available at the time of registration.
You must cancel your subscription before the 3-day trial period ends if you do not wish to continue using Splorix. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate for the plan, billing interval, or paid domain configuration you selected.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact Splorix support at contact@splorix.com. Your refund request must be justified and must include the relevant account email address, payment date, reason for the request, and any supporting information that may help us assess the situation.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests at our sole discretion, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We encourage you to use the 3-day trial period to determine whether Splorix meets your needs before the subscription converts to a paid plan.
If you experience any billing issue or technical problem, please contact us at contact@splorix.com so we can review the matter and help resolve it.
